In Mendix u have the functionality to merge your previous account to new account which transfers your learnings, certifications…, hope it helps go to ur profile→ account→ select Transfer data, pls accept this if helps so everyone could make use.
If you have access to your old account ( not necessarily access to the email), you can do it, a notification will be sent to approve the merging ( it takes a few minutes – at least 10), otherwise the support will help you with that, but in both situations you will need to follow these steps:
Profile > Account > Transfer account data > all the rest is self-explanatory.
