How to change the sequence of SSO login method if we have more than one Alias

Hello All, Using SAML20 module, I have 2 option to login in SSO, one for internal user and other for external user as shown below. I want to change the sequence of login method first internal should appear then external option while login through SSO. Can you please suggest where we can change the sequence, i tried to give 1,2 option in SSO Alias but it is not working.
