Hi All Whenever a user that is not logged in and opens your application in the browser, an anonymous user session is created. Does this count as a concurrent user license?   We had a company forget their passwords this Monday(No idea why). They all tried to log in on Monday morning at the same time again and again. In total about 60 times we thought we were being hacked! When other users tried to log in they couldnt as there were no more concurrent user licenses. Our system actually lost connect to the db and had to be restarted.    So the short question is: Is a anonymous user session seen as a concurrent user? even if they are NOT logged in?   Regards, Patrick

Depending on your Mx license, but normally: Yes (earlier experienced).

Subscriptions have also restrictions on concurrent users even if they are anonymous. You can try that locally by creating anonymous users for your app using different browsers, your app wont be usable if the 11th anonymous user tries to login. Same behaviour is applicable according to your license on premise / in cloud.

Also I would say ther is no difference if you have enabled ano users or not
