App Security Accounts and associating to company

Excuse the question as i am quite new to the platform and getting my head around everything. With the app security I need to associate users to their associated company, so that only that company data is shown. Can someone please recommend the best way to implement this on the platform? Thanks JB

Note though the multi tenancy can be very tricky and that you most probably will make a mistake in the process.
