If you want to trigger microflow functionalities after the user has logged in, then make sure that in the navigation the default and/or role based homepage(s) are set to a microflow in stead of a page.

This way after login the microflow is triggered, just make sure the user is shown a page at the end of the microflow else a blank screen will be shown in the browser.
