Support just got back to me with a fix for Studio Pro crashing if you expose a new entity in your OData service in Mendix 10.
The crash is caused if the list of Entities / Attributes shows a scrollbar. A bit of a weird workaround but what I did to expose a new entity was changing the Screen Orientation from Landscape to Portrait in order to extend the window with the list of exposed entities.
