Configure Project/Module user roles on module level

Currently, when you add a new user roles to a module, you need to do 2 steps

* add module role to module security

* configure project roles and add module role to project roles

It would be easier - and also give a better overview of the actual project user roles having access - if the project roles could also be viewed/added in the module security. For larger projects it's always a bit of a hassle scanning through the list of modules, identifying the one module I want to edit and then set the checkboxes.
