Extend Advanced Find for Microflow actions

In the Find Advanced Microflow actions you can search on specific actions on entities. However it is needed to define a specific Entity to search for.
I would like to extend this to find actions for ALL entities.
Background for this idea is quality control to find possibly wrong situations of actions without events.
