Include nanoflows in Find changes in microflows and Find microflow actions

When searching for where a certain attribute or object is being used, the functions 'Find changes in microflows' and 'Find microflow actions' are very handy, because it shows all the places where an attribute is being set / object is being used.

But changes in nanoflows are not shown here. Now technically, this is correct because it specifically says changes in 'microflows' / 'microflow' actions and a nanoflow is technically speaking not a microflow, but practically, you would also expected changes in nanoflows in these results, because you want to see all the places where an attribute is being set / object is being used, regardless whether this is in a microflow or a nanoflow.

So please include nanoflows in these results, and rename these functions to 'Find changes in model' / 'Find model actions' (or something similar)
