When finding a specific place to change you will, in many cases, manouvre through the app by opening a microflow from the button, and opening the page from that microflow and so on. All the steps will remain open, but are not relevant or subject of your current work.
A small feature would ease that: by pressing Shift the current microflow/page (if not edited) is closed and the new one is opened.
The "go to end page” could get messy real quickly in larger apps. I prefer Chris his suggestion.
make tabs in main window smaller when there are more (like web browsers do)

I know what you mean, the way MX handles the tabs in Mendix gets quite overwhelming quite quickly.
On the case of getting to a page quickly.
I was thinking instead of a buttoncombination, having a button with “go to end page” would be nice
if there are multiple end pages in a microflow you could have multiple buttons, or a popup asking which page.
