Add workflowusertask as parameter in assignment and on created microflow

In the new mendix 905 workflow functionality there is the option to use microflows. This can be done for user assingment and in the oncreated event (see print below)

When in the microflows an extra parameter is added to get the workflowusertask this parameter is always empty. It is very useful to have the generated activity included. Form an architectural point of view it is also correct to have this included when triggered from an activity.

In version 910 the problem of the oncreate option is solved, it now passes the workflowusertask object. This is not (yet) the case for the microflow set in the user assingment box.
