If I'm editing a microflow/page/domain model (etc) I want other developers to be able to see, somewhere in the modeler when opening one of these items, that this item has (un)commited changes. If they need to make changes to this item they will now know in advance that it might be better to wait until the other developer is done, or that they should update before continuing.
