Remove possibility for outgoing flows on end events

This is just a minor thing, but it happens once in a while, that while trying to shift an end event I accidently hit the dots for drawing an outgoing flow.

Now I wonder: why is that possible at all? You cannot have outgoing flows from an end event.

Could this simply be disabled? The same holds for continue, break and error events.

Same for incoming in the start-event. While we are at it: make start- and end-events non-removable and non-addable.
