As I work on projects, I see annotations written ranging from useful to reminders to notes. Some of these are relevant and easy to understand. Some I don’t understand why they are there or if they are relevant. Metadata around the annotation’s creation could be really helpful!

this would be super helpful! Could see a future where users could start comment threads/discussions using this as well
