Selecting Conditions for outgoing Decision paths more easily

Selecting the conditions for an outgoing Decision flow is probably taking up a significant amount of your daily low-coding work.

The steps for this could be made more efficient by:

1. Indicating which Condition values are already used by other paths (for Enum Decisions)
   
2. Showing the Condition values that can be selected directly in the top level context menu
