Show Attribute Documentation In Entity Properties Window

Creating documentation for an attribute is a great way to provide a reminder for myself of other developers of what an attribute should be used for, when it was added, etc.  However, I don't know if there is documentation, nor can I see documentation, when I look at the properties window for an entity.  It would make my job quicker (and easier) if attribute documentation could be a column on this page:
