Change check in SOAP headers -> to functional check

Now the SOAP header mapping is required per action, which leads to a mapping per operation. However, these mappings do exactly the same with the following result.

An authentication mapping per action. 

Please make the check functional, so that only 1 login mapping has to be created and can be reused.
