Add Scroll Bar in Changes pane

It Would be good if Scroll bar can be added in the changes pane and then Click the Changes to see what has modified. Current if the list is big i have resize the Whole changes pane window to see all the content. 
Would be a nice idea if we have scroll bar there as well.
