This is something I ran into the other day. There was no longer a need for a specific data view, however the contents of the data view were still required for the page that was being worked. I thought it’d be quick and easy to just right click the data view widget and select dissolve, rather than having to manually move the widgets from within the data view and then delete it.
TLDR; It’d be nice to have the same ‘dissolve’ functionality you find in a container widget in other data view or rather ‘data’ widgets.
