App Explorer - Pending Changes Filter

The idea could be to provide a new Button in order to filter out ( inside the App Explorer Window ) just the files changed in respect of the last commit; it could be useful when you have a huge solution and you want to add some new files and work on them.

It could be just a simple toggle button in order to active/deactivate
