Disable/Enable all breakpoints

I would like 2 buttons added to the breakpoints window, enable all, and disable all. When having many breakpoints it would be nice to turn them all off/on at once.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the tip! Ctrl + A works, delete also works...space does nothing for me unfortunately. Tried some other buttons also don't work (Enter, Ctrl+space).
