At the moment, each time you commit, “also push changes to the remote server” is set to Yes. If you prefer to make use of the power of local commits, you want to have it default to No. As far as I know, there is no option to set it to No by default.
Completely agree. When 2/3 people are committing often at the same time the amount of warning messages I get to pull are too frequent.
I think this change would make people a lot more mindful about what they actually share to the project in a good way
