There are several features that allow to autogenerate microflows.
However, elements in these autogenerated microflows often do no align with the editor grid. So when starting to add items or move them around it is impossible to align with the autogenerated items. Thus you will need to realign all items again within the grid.
It would be great if autogenerated items would also be aligned with the editor grid to avoid this overhead.
Another thing that would be nice is a feature to condense paths in microflows. You can now easily drop and action between two other actions and the microflow will expand accordingly. It would be great if I could do the oppposite when removing an item to close the created gap by just moving items back together.
I would also add that in software like Photoshop, Gimp, Affinity Photo, when you draw a line, you can hold some key (like CTRL or SHIFT or ALT) that constrains the possible angles (0°, 45°, 90° etc.). So, your line is always perfectly aligned. It would be good to have the same in Mendix.
E.g. the "Generate validation flow" feature: the activities there are all not aligned with the grid. And the spacing between activities in vertical direction seems also not consistent with normal spacing when adding activities.
