It should be visible when an entity has specializations

When there are specializations of an entity, this should be visible in the modeler, for instance like in the provided example below. In the example the specialization, is close to the generalization, however this is not always the case and can even be in a totally different module. So to have a visual cue there are specializations for an entity would be very helpful.
