It's often the case in large projects that there are many unused (leftover) items in the app explorer. It would be helpful to have a batch exclusion of app explorer items. The main reason is that when something is being searched then the non-excluded but still unused items are still being displayed / searched in the result list.

Another solution would be to add a filter for non-used documents, since you may not want to exclude those documents. Good use case though
