Retain User Preferences

It is really frustrating that every time I close or install new version of Studio Pro I have to reconfigure Studio Pro for my liking. Below are the detailed information on pain points.

• Log level configuration is not retained by project or Studio Pro level. Every time we reopen the project have to set it again.
• Dark mode or windows layout, every time I install new version I have to set it again. 

Please retain these configurations on profile or project level to get universal experience for end users.
