Toggle Visibility of Excluded Files in AppExplorer

This proposal suggests adding features to AppExplorer that allow filtering to display only excluded files, and another feature to hide excluded files. By displaying only excluded files, it facilitates the efficient identification and deletion of unnecessary files. Furthermore, hiding excluded files during regular development activities can enhance focus on active files, potentially improving work efficiency.
