Add Preference for Commit Locally / Commit & Push

Hi everyone,

Currently when committing your work you are presented with a "Commit & Push" button, with a separate dropdown for "Commit Locally". It would be nice if this could be controlled via preferences to change what the default is or maybe split into 2 buttons?

I personally like to commit lots locally, then push all at once. It can be a nuisance when 4/5 team members are working on the project at the same time causing a continuous cycle of committing / pushing / pulling every time.
