I propose adding a refactoring function for variable and entity names (similar to this idea: Mendix Community - Idea Details): Studio Pro should offer a refactor function similar to Eclipse where developers can search for occurrences of variable / entity names that they want to rename. Developers should be able to fine grain the search by selecting the type of variable (String, Decimal, ..., all occurrences) that should be changed. This would remove the tedious manual search and replace.
