Mark tabs to be persistent, so they wont be closed when chosing close all button

Now you can choose between "Close, Close All But This  and Close All". Make an extra option "Make Persistent" or if the tab  is persistant "Maken Unpersistent"

If you choose "Close All", only unpersistent tabs will be closed.

Extra. Show with outline round icon that the tab is made persistent

This way you keep a group of tabs open, that are importent for your current project. Instead of closing all tabs, or closing them one by one. This wil improve productivity a lot!!
