There should be a way to store associations dropdown values.

Currently there is no way to save the last value of the filter for the associations dropdown, this is major drawback if we are using the datagrid2.

Datagrid2 enables you to save the user's preferred filters (Called the personalized configuration in the edit dialog window, personalization tab), you should be able to save the last used filter there?
