Have a route assembler to use dynamic routes

Paths for pages and webservices are currently hardcoded in the page or the webservice definition. This should be better by offering dynamic paths, which are created at a single point of truth (SPO) / central route definition.

Requirements:

• offer a route configuration to set routes to pages / REST webservice endpoints
• use URI-Template standard for route definition
• have an option to use pages from marketplace modules by assigning them a custom route
