Since making the modeler as simple as possible is what Mendix is all about, let's make it even more simple by improving the Name&Value-fields at the project-configuration-tab 'Custom':
- Change column 'Name' to a dropdown with every possible Custom Settings listed in https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/custom-settings.
- Change column 'Value' to indicate the type of value that is expected (so: filename, microseconds, url) making typos less possible.
And make the link to https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/custom-settings more in-your-face somewhere in the popup. Now it is pressing F1, scroll to the bottom, press a 'this-page'-link.
The same idea for any other occurence of open field-values like for instance in action 'Call Rest service', tab 'HTTP-headers', block 'Custom HTTP Headers' the fields 'Key' and 'value'.
