Imrpove UI of Studio Pro Dark Mode properties popup

This idea suggests to improve the Visual Hierarchy of the Sections and Section Headings of the Properties Popup in Studio Pro IDE.

I often use the Properties Popup, i.e. double click on an element to open, as it helps to quickly focus on a specific element. When using Dark Mode in Studio Pro (10.18.4), I often waste time looking for a property that just evades my eyes, because the Sections and Headings do not stand out well. The Heading text is the same as the text in the section area, and the section lines does not have a clear contrast.

The properties Panel on the right works well as it has clear headings which can be Expanded/Contracted. I have to add that the UI in Light Mode is better for the Properties Popup.

I think this is a small change that can make a big difference for the developer experience. See the attached screenshots for ideas.
