Expand confirmation message with the object available

I'd love to have better confirmation messages without creating a confirmation flow/screen myself. Do this by making sure that we can use the parameters that we add to the flow also available in the Question of the confirmation message. This would allow for richer confirmation messages (what if you have more objects in a list available for instance?) and would stop the need for a custom flow in which you build the flow and screen yourself.
