Do not (re)start Check for errors after moving activities

When modelling microflows in the modeler, it starts to check for errors after an activity is moved and when annotation is added or changed. As moving the activities and annotations does not modify the compilation, it has no use to check for errors again.

So please make the check for errors a little smarter by not (re)starting "Check for errors" after moving activities or adding annotations.
