Create new folder option when selecting Microflow

When you select a Microflow you are presented with the dialogue box below.  

often i want to create a new MF in a new folder, currently this means I need to close the dialogue box, create the folder and then create the new MF in the right folder.

it would be nice if we can create a new folder directly from this dialogue box.
