Schedule on UTC time only, never on Server time.

Since there is no valid use case for choosing Server Time over UTC time when scheduling an event, this option 'Server Time' should be removed. Less confusion, less errors, less problems on summertime-changes.

True, although I would rather like to have an DST option; such that in both summer and winter the user experience is the same.
