Move Annotations to the background (z-index -9999)

Adding annotations can be very helpful when describing your domain model. It would be even better if they would stay in the background, without overlapping the arrows and labels like this:

Instead they should leave the arrows and labels visible like this:

The same goes for annotations in the microflow-windows. In microflow-windows annotations overlap everything, except the arrows and labels. In microflow-windows the annotations should also be in the background. The advantage here would be that
