Keep running locally while deploying to the cloud

It would be easy if the local Runtime did not shutdown when a deploy to the cloud (Ctrl-F5) is triggered in the modeler.

I just want to continue developing locally (as local is your development environment) and just deploy to Test simultaneously.

Especially since cloud deployment is just a call to the deployment API I believe, as you can only deploy committed versions. So there seems to be no technical requirement to kill the local environment.
