Cant run application on the cloud (Only locally)

Whenever I hover over the 'run’ option its grey and not clickable. I have version (8.10.0)

Is your app connected to a licensed Mendix Cloud node? If so, then you’ll use the cloud portal to orchestrate a deployment.

You have probably not enabled the online services when you created the project.

You can do that now by selection menu-option ‘Version Control’ → ‘Upload to version control server’

There is certainly some limit to the number of applications.
