Mendix Assist always offline

Mendix Assists is always offline on my desktop computer, although I’m logged on Mendix Studio Pro: It works fine on my notebook, but not on the desktop. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. MSP version 8.14.1, but it wasn’t working since v. 8.13.0

Have you checked the settings in Studio Pro. Menu ‘Edit’ → ‘Preferences’
