How to create custom forms to capture the data and display it in the same page

Hi All, I’m new to mendix and trying to develop my very first app of my life. I want to create a form to take inputs from the user and then display it in the same page. Also I need to manage this data through EDIT and SAVE buttons. First time it will be a blank form and once the user enter the data, it will be stored and displayed there. And Finally, every time when user edit and save the data, this should go for a review and approval to designated users and all the entire timeline must be displayed at the bottom of the form in descending order (latest update first). Can somebody help me guiding how to build the same using Mendix ? Best Regards, Jineesh
