Mendix modeler (8.15.2) not opening on window10

The 8.15.2 version does open on my Windows 10 machine, so there must be something specific going on.

Do you have an error message or logs that you can share.

Are you running Symantec Endpoint Protection or any other Symantec product? Can you start the modeler when Symantec software is stopped/disabled?
