How to fill automatically fiil in text boxes using data from a data grid

Good day to All, I would like to automatically fill in data in a number of text boxes using data from a data grid. for example, If my first text box is the name I fill that in manually and then the  Contact number, ID number and other details fill in automatically. Kind Regards Glyn

You can call onchange microflow in name filed, using that you can retrieve other fields and map it to the current object.
