Error when installing Studio 9.0.5: this program does not support the version of Windows you are running

I get this error when trying to install Studio 9.0.5. I had no issues when installing previous versions, 9.0.3 and earlier. I also checked related downloads Windows Service 4.6.1 and tried to download that one, although I don’t know if this is needed. However the link for Windows Service 4.6.1 https://appstore.home.mendix.com/file?guid=20547673299879389 gives a 401 I am running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1709, build 16299.2166
