[%BeginOfCurrentWeekUTC%] gives unexpected date in Nanoflow

When using the BeginOfCurrentWeekUTC token to create a DateTime variable in a Nanoflow, the variable comes back with a date 22 hours earlier than my local BeginOfCurrentWeek. This appears to be a phone setting which I am unable to change. Is there a way to force a certain timezone when using Nanoflows for Native apps?
