Filter all pages based on filter in Navigation menu

I have a project where there is a doctor and a number of different patients they take care of. I’d like to create a dropdown of all the different patients that exists in the navigation menu that is dynamically populated by all the patients the doctor take cares of. When the patient is selected all pages would be filtered to show the specific patient. What is the best way to do this?
