SMS Sending and for registered mobile Number

Hi ,  How can i send a message for a registered mobile number using Json data .can you suggest  or share any documentation or demo example .

We use Twilio to send messages to mobile. There is a Twilio module in the Marketplace that is well documented, but we use the REST service directly.

There are other service providers, but this is the one we’ve been using for our clients.
