By sending email to reset password, the generated URL is showing error msg (Forgot password module)

Hello, I`m using the app store module Forgot password to reset customers password. By clicking on url received in the mail I received the following message ‘The url you have open seems to be invalid or it is already used. Please validate the link or request a new password. ‘ How to fix this bug?
